Universal suffrage has gotten us where we are today. An uneducated, uninformed electorate that can be swayed by the latest drive-by commercial offering something for nothing if they just vote for that particular candidate. Add the 1930’s communist infusion into our government be the Roosevelt administration and his cohort, Dewey, which put their manifesto into operation like a cancer in American society. Alas, the greatest experiment of human liberty was too short lived.
