The socialist always seem to find an increasing percentage of people that can’t be made to comply even with greater and greater “nudging” and must be culled “for the good of society”, ( or at least for the good of those in charge). Much like when all the clothes wont fit int the suitcase and one needs to take scissors to the loose ends that keep sticking out.
