In The Road to Serfdom, Hayek quoted Drucker, with attribution. Somehow, that Hayek was quoting Drucker got overlooked by some third person, and still later persons mistook that third person for a reliable source; so that, now-a-days, one often finds the quotation misattributed to Hayek.
