U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said at a press conference Monday (March 26, 2018) alongside his home state’s agriculture commissioner, promising to return to the Senate and introduce legislation to “finally legalize hemp as an agricultural commodity and remove it from the list of controlled substances.”
